Threadkeep Private · For owners and investors with several roles

Never walk into
a meeting cold.

A private AI chief of staff that works from your notes. Add what matters after a conversation. Before the next one, ask what you still owe.

I’m Vilmos Somogyi. I guide the setup. You use your own accounts.

Before your next conversation

What did you promise
Henrik last time?

Ask “Prepare me for Henrik.” Threadkeep reads the notes you’ve added and picks up the last conversation, including the introduction you still owe him.

Example only. These people and companies are fictional, as are the records.

Before Thursday
Send the term sheet before Thursday, and make the introduction first.

The part your calendar doesn’t hold

People expect you to remember.

You’ve got a company to run and board meetings to prepare for. Your assistant knows when you’re meeting someone. And you’re still the one who has to remember what you said last time.

  • The promise you made in March that nobody wrote down.
  • The co-investor you met once, and meet again on Thursday.
  • The decision everyone remembers, except why it was made.

Forgetting an introduction can look like you didn’t care enough to make it.

Using Threadkeep

Leave a note.
Pick it up next time.

A few minutes of notes each day give the next brief something to work from. I guide the setup without taking a copy of your records.

After a conversation

Leave a note.

Leave a voice note or add your meeting notes. Threadkeep files the conversation with the person it belongs to and keeps track of what you agreed to do.

Before the next one

Ask for a brief.

“Prepare me for Henrik.” Get back to where you left off, including anything you still owe him. It works from the notes you’ve added.

At the start of your day

Ask what’s on today.

Check your meetings and what’s due, using the records you’ve added. Nothing runs until you ask.

Once a week

Work through it with me.

We look at what’s working and what needs changing. Bring a summary you’ve checked for private details. Names and actual records stay off the shared screen.

Privacy

Your records stay
with you.

I use fictional examples to guide you. Your actual records stay off shared screens, including when we work on the setup.

You keep the files
Your records are readable files on your computer. They stay yours if we stop working together.
I work with examples
You keep your own accounts and logins. I show you the setup using fictional examples and settings. Anything involving your actual records, you do privately, off the shared screen.
Your AI provider still processes the data
The AI service you choose processes what you give it. That can include meeting notes or parts of a record, even though the files live on your computer. We review the account settings together during setup.
You do the sending
Threadkeep doesn’t contact other people for you. It prepares a brief. You decide what to do next.

Setup and support

I’ll help you get started
and keep it useful.

You run Threadkeep. I help with the setup and fix problems. When your work changes, we change how it works.

    OnboardingTwo or three sessions

We check your computer and phone setup, then use fictional examples to show you how it works. You run the interview and add your real notes privately. Short check-ins over the next two weeks give you somewhere to bring questions.

    Ongoing supportA weekly session

A weekly session to sort out problems and adjust how you use Threadkeep as your work changes. You bring a summary you’ve checked for private details. Monthly updates are included. You install them privately, with my guidance.

Decide at day 30Nothing continues by default

Onboarding covers the first 30 days. Then you decide whether to continue with ongoing support. You can stop there and keep your files.

    Your files remain yours

We agree the billing dates and exit notice in writing before starting, along with refund terms and when support is available. We’ll also confirm any AI subscription or hardware costs.

Request a private conversation

Tell me about the last time you forgot what you’d promised someone. We’ll see whether Threadkeep would have been useful.

Who’s behind it

“I built Threadkeep because I was trying to remember what was happening across several ventures. Now I guide the setup for other people and help them keep using it. I work with fictional examples. Their private records stay with them.”

Questions

Before we start.

Do I need to be technical?

You ask things like “What’s on today?” or “Prepare me for Henrik.” I show you the setup with fictional examples. You handle your actual records privately, including imports and updates. We’ll check that you’re comfortable with that before starting.

What do I need to add?

Your meeting notes and any history you want it to use. If you don’t add a conversation, it won’t be in the next brief. Set aside a few minutes each day for notes, and check important details before acting.

Can I use it from my phone?

That’s part of what we check during onboarding. Your computer needs to stay awake and connected, with the app running. If you travel often or can’t leave it on, tell me before we start. I’d rather know now. It won’t be available when the computer is off.

Who can see my information?

You control the files and accounts. I don’t keep your logins or a copy of your records. Private details stay off shared screens, including filenames and folder paths. The AI provider processes the information you give it. We’ll review its account settings together.

Can my assistant add notes?

We’ll work that out during onboarding. You choose which notes to include. Only one person or agent can write to the files at a time. There aren’t separate logins with different permissions.

Does it read my inbox or send messages?

It uses the notes and history you choose to add. It doesn’t connect to your inbox by default or send messages to other people for you.

What does the monthly service cover?

A weekly session, changes to how you use Threadkeep, monthly updates and help when something goes wrong. Bring a summary you’ve checked for private details. You install updates privately, with guidance. We agree in writing when support is available. I don’t watch your records between sessions.

What are the costs and exit terms?

Onboarding costs $2,500 and covers the first 30 days. At day 30, you decide whether to continue. Ongoing support is $2,500 a month, with a three-month first term starting then. Before you commit, we put the billing dates and exit notice in writing, along with refund terms and when support is available. We also confirm any AI subscription or hardware costs. You keep your files if we stop.

Who are you meeting
this week?

Think of someone you’re about to meet. If you’d have to search your notes to remember what you owe them, let’s start there.
